Fear is the Enemy’s Weapon Greetings, Beloveds. As I sit down to write this, I am reflecting on a recent session with a client. Throughout our time together, she kept saying, "I am afraid." She said it so many times you would think it was her motto. Looking back at my own life, I realize that for a long time, fear was my unintended motto, too. What is fear? Why do we have it, and why does it consume us? Consider Adam in the Garden. He named all the animals—even the big cats. This shows he didn't see them as a threat.
